What we collect, and why
What you give us
When you register we collect your name, email address, business name, optionally your phone number, your average daily ad spend and what you advertise. We use these to create your agency ad account, reserve your onboarding session, and contact you about it.
What we work out
From your email domain we look up publicly available information about your company — its website title, description and logo. We do not buy data about you from third parties.
What we record automatically
Your IP address and browser user agent, the page you arrived on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. If you accept measurement cookies, we also record advertising identifiers set by Meta so we can tell which ads work.
Who we share it with
- Whop — to create and operate your ad account, and to measure ad performance.
- Zoom — to register you for your onboarding session and record whether you attended.
- Meta — advertising identifiers, only if you accepted measurement cookies.
- PassCue — your name, email and session details, to issue your wallet or calendar pass.
- Resend — to send you email about your account.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The only non-essential cookies are for measurement. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland we ask before setting any of them, and nothing loads until you accept. Declining does not affect your registration. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and reload.
How long we keep it
Registration records are kept while your ad account is active and for up to two years afterwards, so we can answer questions about accounts we set up.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Email intake@holisticpayments.io and we will respond within one month.
